Father Mariusz is a Roman Catholic priest, psychologist, pedagogue, and psychotherapist. He studied in Poland, Italy and USA. He completed the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at the Faculty of Psychology and Family Therapy of the Seton Hall University and an internship at Logan Hall - Community Education Centers in New Jersey, USA.

He currently works as a confessor and spiritual guide, and is also employed as a researcher and teacher at the Faculty of Social Sciences, at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow. In his research, he explores issues associated with social pathology and prevention. His clinical interests include treatment of behavioural disorders and psychology of religious experiences, taking into account complex social and cultural factors. He works in Polish, English and Italian.
